Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to offer online and face-to-face part-time classes all applicants must ensure compliance with the UAE’s licensing requirements and Al Falah’s rules. Applicants should:
- Currently reside within the United Arab Emirates
- Possess a valid UAE Private Tuition license issued by the UAE MoHRE
- Employer License: If you are a worker in different sector, you may need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer to offer classes
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise and/or teaching experience
Job Description – Fields of Expertise
We’re looking for Primary & Secondary Teachers in:
- Mathematics
- English Language/Literature
- Language Education (English, Arabic, Hindi, French, Spanish)
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Physics
- Business – A Level
- SAT
- We’re also currently hiring for Admin. Marketing and HR personnel.

- Teachers must demonstrate reliability, respect, and positive communication in all interactions with students, parents, and Al Falah staff. Punctuality and timely completion of duties are essential
High-Quality Teaching Practices
- Lessons should be well-planned, clearly structured, and aligned with curriculum goals. Resources must support learning effectively and be appropriate for the age and level of the students.
Safe & Inclusive Learning Environment
- Teachers are expected to create a classroom atmosphere—online or in person—that is welcoming, supportive, and free from discrimination. All interactions must reflect safeguarding best practices.
Cultural Awareness & Compliance
- All instruction must respect UAE cultural values and adhere to relevant educational policies, including privacy, data protection, and safeguarding requirements.
Academic Integrity
- Teachers should promote honesty in student work and ensure that all materials used in lessons are accurate, ethical, and properly sourced.
Student Engagement
- Instructors are encouraged to use a range of teaching methods, including interactive activities and continuous feedback, to keep students motivated and involved in their learning.

Step 1: Submit Your Course Proposal
Share an overview of the class or course you wish to teach. Include the course title, subject area, intended learners, key learning outcomes, and approximate duration. If you have an outline or sample video, you may attach it for review.
