1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any course provided by Al Falah Education and Consultancy LLC (“Al Falah,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“user,” “learner,” or “institution”) agree to these Terms of Use and Licensing Disclaimer. These terms apply to both individual learners and institutional partners.

2. Course Access & Ownership

• Upon successful payment, you are provisional access (based on course/package) to the course(s) you purchased unless otherwise specified.
• All course materials, including videos, H5P content, PowerPoint slides, quizzes, and PDFs, are the intellectual property of Al Falah Education and Consultancy LLC.
• You may download materials for personal or internal institutional use only.
• You may not redistribute, resell, relicense, or publicly share the course content without express written consent.

3. Licensing Terms

• For Individual Users:
• License is non-transferable and for personal educational use only.
• Certificates may be issued either automatically or manually, depending on the course structure.

• For Institutions:
• Purchase of bulk licenses grants internal training use only.
• Institutions may not modify or rebrand the course without written approval.
• Additional user logins or LMS installations require a custom agreement.

4. Certificates of Completion

• Al Falah may issue both automated and manual certificates upon successful course completion.
• Face-to-face training sessions include verification and certification as part of the service.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our content, refunds are granted only under exceptional circumstances. Contact us at support@alfalahgroup.ae within 7 days of purchase to request a review.

6. Payments & Security

• Payments are securely processed via WooCommerce with support for PayPal and Stripe.
• All user data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications & Updates

• We reserve the right to update course content, pricing, and these terms at any time. Continued access to courses after such changes constitutes acceptance.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
